I lived here 2017-2018 and had a great experience. The apartment layout is great, the pricing is affordable and the staff was always friendly and quick to help with any problems. I was especially fond of the location (close to everything, but tucked back close enough to the trees so it doesn't feel like you're in the city). I would definitely recommend this apartment complex, and after searching many (10+) complexes when I moved to the area, I felt this one was the best!

You cannot find a two-bedroom, with new carpet/appliances/gym and pool, in or close to Anderson township at this price. From Day 1, the management was great to talk to, address questions, etc. We've been treated with nothing but respect. All of the neighbors and people we've met at the pool have all been friendly. If there was a need or a repair request, it was addressed. As of current, I recommend this place for anyone that is professional or just "normal." We have had zero regrets for moving to Stone Creek.

We have rented apartments many times over several years...
We have rented apartments many times over several years... about 8 .. We love this place.. My family lives in Bay City and we love to go visit them.. The apartments are clean, well maintained.. We plan to rent again in about 2020.. So thankful they are on line and easy to reach.. I appreciate seeing the pricing and the amenities available...
